I wasn’t happy with this test. I went in hoping it would give me some useful insight, but the results just felt kind of random and didn’t match what I already know about my own body. A few things on the list made no sense to me, and when I brought it up with an actual doctor, it didn’t really line up. For the price, I expected something that felt more trustworthy. I couldn’t shake the feeling that I’d been fooled a bit, so I definitely wouldn’t use it again

I made a snap judgment as soon as I opened the kit and saw the instructions, this looked easy, and it was. Taking the sample only took a few minutes, with hardly any mess. Sending it back was just as straightforward, so no complaints from me

"Decent overall, but privacy info could be clearer"
It was okay overall, but I wish the privacy and data-use details were explained more clearly. I’ve used a few similar services that lay out what they collect and how it’s used in a much more straightforward way, so this one felt a bit vague in comparison.

"Ordering was such a hassle"
Tried placing an order, but the website kept crashing. Had to keep starting over, which got really frustrating fast

"Results came back fast"
I got my results back in just a few days, which surprised me. Maybe I was expecting it to take longer for no real reason, but it felt quick to me.

"Pretty good for what you pay"
I thought this was good value for the money. The test was simple enough to do, so if I messed anything up, that’s probably on me. Results came back with a decent amount of info to dig through, and while not all of it was shocking, it did help me notice a few things I wouldn’t have thought about. I’d probably use it again, as long as they don’t go and hike the price.

"Support took longer than expected"
I reached out to customer service about a problem I was having and it took longer than I expected to get a reply. When they finally got back to me, the answer was basic, more or less, “we’ll look into it” and “thanks for your patience”—so I had to follow up again. It wasn’t the worst support experience ever, but the slow responsiveness was definitely disappointing...
